Blank Rome partner Mark S. Adams will be a special guest speaker for the Law 676: Contracting in Complex Transactions course at the University of Michigan Law School on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
Mark will describe how complex transactions fit into the hospitality sector, letters of intent, the main risks for buyers and sellers, buyer due diligence, representations, warranties and indemnities, dealing with incumbent operators, management dispute issues, and regulatory compliance.
