This Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (“M&amp;A”) Masterclass is designed specifically for junior attorneys. This program starts with the foundation and principles of mergers and acquisitions and breaks down complex transactions into clear, practical components, helping early-career lawyers understand both the legal framework and the business context of M&amp;A. Participants will gain step-by-step insight into the M&amp;A process, from initial deal structuring, due diligence, antitrust, regulatory and tax considerations, to drafting key transaction documents and supporting negotiations.

Masha’s session, “Case Analysis Review of Successful and Unsuccessful Transactions–Case Study,” will take place on Wednesday, July 22, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
