Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that the firm’s annual Pro Bono Practice Group of the Year Award was presented to the White Collar Defense and Investigations practice group, which led the firm’s pro bono efforts in 2025. The award recognizes the firm’s practice group with the highest pro bono performance.
“We are immensely proud of our colleagues in the White Collar Group for their dedication and hard work that led to this recognition,” said Chris Dysard, a partner in the White Collar Defense & Investigations group. “It is a reminder that pro bono work is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and substantive expertise—all while serving members of our community who truly need our help.”
The White Collar Group handled a variety of important pro bono matters, including the successful compassionate release of a client who had served more than 25 years of a federal sentence while suffering from severe health issues, military discharge upgrades, pardon and expungement matters, innocence project cases, criminal law matters, and prisoner civil rights cases.
