The firm was honored in the Houston Impact Deal of the Year category for its work as buyer’s counsel in the divestiture and acquisition of BWFS Industries LLC (“BWFS”) by JHBDMB Holdings, Inc.
The Blank Rome team, led by Jason S. Luter and Jason C. Ray, represented Wayne Isaacks, in his capacity as trustee, in connection with the acquisition of BWFS and the subsequent sale of BWFS’s stock to an Employee Stock Ownership Trust. The transaction successfully closed on July 3, 2025.
