Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew C. Dagen has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Tax, Benefit & Private Client group. Andrew joins Blank Rome from Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. 

Andrew is a trusts and estates attorney with a background in domestic and international estate planning, tax strategy, and wealth preservation. He advises high net worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, founders, executives, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries on estate, charitable, and business succession planning designed to meet personal and financial goals in a tax-efficient manner. He also has significant experience in structuring and administering complex estate plans, trusts, and business entities.

Admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, Andrew received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and his B.S. from the University of Tennessee. While in law school, Andrew served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the U.S. Tax Court and the Honorable Rebecca B. Connelly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
