Mann</a> has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the <a href="https://www.blankrome.com/services-and-industries/litigation/">General Litigation</a> practice group, which welcomed associate <a href="https://www.blankrome.com/people/ashley-f-calcagno/">Ashley F. Calcagno</a> in <a href="https://www.blankrome.com/news-and-events/blank-rome-welcomes-new-litigation-associate-ashley-f-calcagno-in-washington-d-c/">May</a>. Wesley joins Blank Rome from Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP.

Wesley focuses her practice on complex commercial and securities litigation in federal and state courts.&nbsp;She drafts pleadings, motions, and briefs; takes and defends fact and expert depositions; and manages all aspects of discovery, including electronically stored information review, document productions, and privilege log challenges. She works closely with partners and retained experts on case strategy, including the development of liability and damages theories, expert reports, and trial-readiness issues.

Admitted to practice in New York, Wesley received her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and her B.A. from the University of South Carolina. While in law school, Wesley held internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement Scholars’ Program and with the Honorable Heidi M. Pasichow of the District of Columbia Superior Court. Before and while attending law school, Wesley served as a civil affairs specialist and paratrooper with the U.S. Army Reserves.
