Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Kamran I. Mohiddin has joined the firm’s Houston office as an associate in the General Litigation practice group. Kamran joins Blank Rome from Holland & Knight LLP.

Kamran focuses his practice on complex commercial and enforcement litigation, representing corporate clients in high-stakes disputes in federal and state courts, administrative tribunals, and appellate proceedings across the energy, environmental, and industrial sectors. He also advises clients on enforcement risk and litigation strategy under a broad range of federal environmental and energy statutes, helping clients navigate investigations, regulatory proceedings, and potential civil or criminal exposure.

Admitted to practice in Texas and the District of Columbia, Kamran received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, and his B.S. from the University of Houston. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jeffrey V. Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
