Haft</a> has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the <a href="/services-and-industries/corporate/" id="18405">Corporate, M&amp;A, and Securities</a> group, which recently welcomed New York-based partner <a href="/people/stephen-c-koval/" id="18682">Stephen C. Koval</a>. Adam Haft joins Blank Rome from Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP.

Adam focuses his practice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business formation, and planning. He is also experienced in advising investment managers on the formation, structuring, and offering of private investment funds. Adam’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including&nbsp;industrials, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, Adam received his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Maryland. While in law school, Adam served as associate managing editor for the&nbsp;St. John’s Law Review.
