Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Ashton joins Blank Rome from Robins Kaplan, where she served as Chief Value and Analytics Officer.

At Blank Rome, Ashton will oversee the firm’s innovation, value, litigation practice solutions, practice analytics, and practice management functions. She will focus on the intersection of client and firm economics, collaborating closely with practice groups, firm leadership, and business professionals to drive revenue management, performance benchmarking, and create profitable, innovative solutions to deliver legal services.

Ashton received her B.A. and paralegal certification from Hamline University. She also attended Harvard Extension School’s Business Strategy Program and is completing her M.B.A. at the University of Minnesota.
