Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Randi Kira Brown has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Business Litigation group, which recently welcomed partners Tarek F. Abdalla and Daniel S. Mayerfield. Randi joins Blank Rome from Spencer Fane, LLP.
Randi focuses on high-stakes commercial disputes, representing institutions and individuals through all phases of litigation. She develops litigation strategy, partners with in-house counsel and business teams on case positioning and evidentiary issues, drafts pleadings, motions, and memoranda, and manages discovery, depositions, and dispositive and appellate matters.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, Randi received her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school, Randi served as the editor-in-chief of the NYU Law Moot Court Board.
