Michael’s addition underscores the ongoing growth of the Business Litigation group, which has now welcomed 10 attorneys this year, including five partners, two of counsel, and four associates. Michael joins Blank Rome from Gibson, Dunn &amp; Crutcher LLP.

Michael focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with experience in securities class actions, merger and acquisition disputes, and shareholder derivative litigation.

Admitted to practice in New York and California, Michael received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and his B.S. from Cornell University. Michael previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Haywood S. Gilliam Jr., the Honorable Yvonne Gonzales Rogers, the Honorable Jon S. Tigar, and the Honorable Jeffery S. White of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
