Tulloch</a> has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as an associate in the <a href="/services-and-industries/litigation/business-litigation/" id="18541">Business Litigation</a> group, which recently welcomed partners <a href="/people/christina-manfredi-mckinley/" id="18673">Christina Manfredi McKinley</a> and <a href="/people/shannon-e-mcclure/" id="18671">Shannon E. McClure</a> in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, respectively. Alycia joins Blank Rome from Frankfurt Kurnit Klein &amp; Selz PC.

Alycia represents both corporate and individual clients across various industries, such as technology and music, with a focus on entertainment-related litigation and intellectual property disputes. She provides strategic counsel to companies, artists, and media organizations in matters involving copyright, trademark, and contractual disputes. Alycia’s deep involvement in the entertainment sector stems from her previous role as the Director of the Women of Color Initiative Project, engaging closely with key figures and organizations across the entertainment, media, and technology sectors.

Alycia also maintains a broad-based complex commercial litigation practice in both state and federal courts. Alycia is adept at efficiently reaching favorable results for her clients, either by negotiating settlements, participating in alternate dispute resolution under the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (“JAMS”), or taking cases to trial.&nbsp;

Beyond her litigation practice, Alycia is deeply committed to providing pro bono representation to indigent clients, passionately advocating for clients from varied backgrounds, including asylum seekers and nonprofit organizations. She has skillfully navigated pro bono cases in immigration, intellectual property, and housing law, reflecting her broad legal acumen and dedication to social justice.

Admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia, Alycia received her J.D from University of California Berkeley School of Law, and her B.A.,&nbsp;summa cum laude, from Georgia State University. During law school, Alycia served as the editor-in-chief of the&nbsp;Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law&nbsp;and as the senior articles editor of the&nbsp;Berkeley Journal of African American Law &amp; Policy.&nbsp;
