A Blank Rome team represented Belgium-based luxury fashion brand Dries Van Noten (“DVN”) and its private equity investor, Puig Brands, S.A., in securing its newest flagship store in New York City on the iconic Mercer Street in SoHo. The new location embodies the designer’s artistic vision, featuring 22-foot ceilings, sophisticated and ornate antiques, industrial décor, and meticulously selected artwork. Additionally, DVN’s ready-to-wear collections for both men and women are showcased for buyers.

Following a 15-year search for the perfect New York City location that was unique from its other storefronts and reflected its evolving brand, the DVN flagship store is located at 168 Mercer Street.
