Blank Rome represented&nbsp;<a href="https://www.gamaaviation.com/">Gama Aviation</a>, a global aviation company providing special mission, business aviation, and technology and outsourcing services, in the completion of a definitive purchase agreement to sell its maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) business in the United States,&nbsp;<a href="https://jeteastgama.com/">Jet East</a>, to&nbsp;<a href="https://www.weststaraviation.com/">West Star Aviation</a>, the leading provider of MRO services to the business aviation industry. The proposed deal is valued at approximately $131 million.

The sale is contingent on Shareholder approval at an upcoming meeting that will take place on November 3, 2023. The deal is expected to close shortly thereafter.
