The transaction was conducted through an Article 9 secured party sale and closed in September 2026.
Belle Brands is a portfolio company of Windsong Global, a premier consumer products investment and brand management platform. Through this acquisition, Belle Brands and Windsong Global continue to expand their portfolio with the addition of Vegamour's well-established presence in the hair wellness and beauty space.
