The firm advised on the following award-winning transactions:
- Corporate Restructuring of the Year: Blank Rome represented Solar Servicing LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Forbright Bank, in its acquisition of substantially all loan servicing operations of Solar Mosaic LLC. The Blank Rome team was led by Kenneth J. Ottaviano and Gregory F. Vizza with significant support from Stephanie K. Hor-Chen, Lisa Casey Spaniel, Peter I. Tsoflias, and Jennifer K. Malow.
- Distressed Investment Deal of the Year: Blank Rome served as Delaware bankruptcy co-counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors of Benson Hill in connection with the company’s Chapter 11 sale to Expedition Ag Partners and S2G Investments. The multidisciplinary team was led by Josef W. Mintz and Michael B. Schaedle, with significant support from Jordan L. Williams, Lawrence R. Thomas III, John E. Lucian, Michael D. Silberfarb, Stanley B. Tarr, Justin F. Lavella, Alexander H. Berman, and Jennifer K. Malow.
