In the 2025 survey, Blank Rome earned the #6 spot nationally, with full participation from its summer associates and an impressive average satisfaction score of 4.96 out of 5.

The survey evaluates summer associates’ experiences across several dimensions of workplace satisfaction. Blank Rome received perfect scores in categories such as Interesting Work, Partner Interaction, and Associate Interaction, and near-perfect scores in Training, Real Work, Goals Expectations, Self-Portrayal, Fulltime Inclination, and Overall Workplace Experience.

Blank Rome also recently received top rankings in The American Lawyer’s <a href="/news-and-events/blank-rome-ranked-second-nationally-in-the-american-lawyers-2025-midlevel-associates-survey/" id="29374">2025 Midlevel Associates Survey</a>, securing the #2 spot nationally and earning high satisfaction scores across 12 aspects of job fulfillment.
