The 2026 survey asked third-, fourth-, and fifth-year associates at Am Law 200 firms to evaluate 12 areas of job satisfaction, including compensation and benefits, training and professional development, relationships with partners and colleagues, the quality and interest level of their work, billable-hour expectations, and management transparency regarding firm strategy and partnership opportunities.
This year’s #1 national ranking builds on Blank Rome’s consistent success in The American Lawyer’s Midlevel Associates Survey.
