Gibilaro</a> will serve as a panelist at the Council on State Taxation’s (“COST”) <a href="https://www.cost.org/events/2026-intermediateadvanced-state-income-tax-school/">2026 Intermediate/Advanced State Income Tax School</a>, which will be held May 17 through 21, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.

A four-day intense program for tax attorneys and accountants with more than three years of multi-state corporate tax experience, involved in either compliance or planning functions. The emphasis is on the practical application of state tax issues in a corporate environment. The courses are taught using the case-study method and are intended to expose students to theoretical knowledge and strategic insights.

Eugene’s session, “Advanced State Taxation Related to Foreign Income,” will take place on Tuesday, May 19, from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m., and the panel will explore state adjustments with a focus on adjustments related to foreign operations and transactions.
