The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Trusts & Estates Attorney with at least 5 years of experience. Candidates must have in-depth, broad-based experience in estate planning and estate administration, and exempt-organizations experience is preferred. An LLM in Tax is strongly preferred, as well. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Patent Agent/Patent Attorney (Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science)
Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with at least 2-4 years of experience to support the Firm's patent prosecution practice, leveraging technical expertise to assist the Firm's clients in protecting their technology with patents. Candidates can be based out of our Houston, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. offices. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. The Patent Agent or Patent Attorney will draft patent applications and prosecute patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Candidates must be registered to practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, or be Patent Bar eligible, and if appropriate, licensed to practice law in their respective state.
