Consumer Finance Practice Attorney
The Washington, D.C. office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a consumer financial services litigation practice attorney with at least 5 years of experience. Candidates must be able to handle all phases of litigation and have substantial in-court experience, including drafting and arguing substantive discovery, dispositive and injunctive relief motions and appeals. Bankruptcy and class action litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must be well organized, self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. In addition, candidates must be admitted to practice in either Maryland or Virginia (admission to all three jurisdictions is a plus). Finance Associate
The New York office of Blank Rome LLP is seeking a Finance Associate with at least 2 to 5 years of experience. The Philadelphia office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 -5 years of experience in litigating in an array of employment law areas. Patent Agent
The Houston office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Patent Agent with at least one year of experience to support the Firm's patent prosecution practice, leveraging technical expertise to assist the Firm's clients in protecting their technology with patents. The Patent Agent will work under the supervision of a licensed patent attorney to draft patent applications and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The Patent Agent assists attorneys in the writing of scientific and technical documents clearly and concisely, conducting legal and technical research using all available resources in support of various patent-related matters. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree, with a specialization in electrical and/or computer engineering. Candidates must be licensed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. Candidates must have at least 4 to 6 years of government contracts experience developed at a clerkship, law firm, in-house, or government position.
