Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Corporate Securities Associate with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates can be based out of any of our offices. This position is focused on securities matters. The ideal candidate will be able to lead ’34 Act compliance and ’33 Act securities work and have significant experience with capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt and other securities, corporate governance matters, exchange listing requirements, Rule 144, Section 13 and Section 16 issues and familiarity with executive compensation. The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Trusts & Estates Associate with at least 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must have in-depth, broad-based experience in estate planning and estate administration, and some litigation experience is preferred. An LLM in Tax is strongly preferred, as well. Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with at least 2-4 years of experience to support the Firm's patent prosecution practice, leveraging technical expertise to assist the Firm's clients in protecting their technology with patents.
