Blank Rome is pleased to share that Keith B. Letourneau, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Maritime group, has been named Maritime Attorney of the Year by Texas Lawyer and Law.com as part of the 2025 Texas Legal Awards.
The Texas Legal Awards honor individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the legal profession and to the state of Texas. The Maritime Attorney of the Year award recognizes a legal professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and achieved significant success in maritime law over the past year. Honorees are selected for their excellence in litigation, deal-making, mentorship, community service, and overall impact on the legal field.
At Blank Rome, Keith’s practice centers on maritime and energy transactions and litigation, including contract negotiations and disputes, vessel arrests and attachments, collisions and allisions, oil and hazardous materials pollution, complex commercial litigation, OCSLA transactions and disputes, oilfield contracts, insurance coverage opinions, and cargo damage.
Award finalists were celebrated and winners announced at a special ceremony held on September 25, 2025, in Dallas, Texas.
