A Blank Rome team represented Clarivate Plc (NYSE:CLVT), a leading global provider of transformative intelligence headquartered in London, in connection with its acquisition of Global QMS, Inc., known as Global Q, a provider of cloud-based solutions that enable life sciences clients to automate regulatory reporting and compliance management. The transaction closed on April 22, 2024.
