A Blank Rome team represented ME Enterprises, Inc. (“ME Enterprises”), an operating company of Harbour Group, in connection with its merger with an affiliate of OPW, part of the Clean Energy & Fueling segment of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV). The transaction closed on July 19, 2024.
ME Enterprises was the parent company of Marshall Excelsior Company (“MEC”), a leading provider of highly engineered severe-service flow-control solutions for use in compressed- and liquefied-gas applications.
