A Blank Rome team represented Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.), a global leader in flooring and material solutions, in its acquisition of Congoleum Acquisition LLC (dba Congoleum Flooring). The transaction closed on November 14, 2025.
Founded in 1886 and headquartered in Mercerville, New Jersey, Congoleum Flooring is a respected U.S. manufacturer of resilient flooring that operates production facilities in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, and Cedarhurst, Maryland, and employs approximately 270 people. Congoleum Flooring is particularly recognized for pioneering innovations in resilient vinyl flooring for the residential market. The transaction advances B.I.G.’s growth strategy in North America by expanding product capabilities, manufacturing capacity, and customer reach.
