Jeffrey N. Rosenthal Appointed Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Privacy/Data Security Committee

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that partner Jeffrey N. Rosenthal has been appointed co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Privacy/Data Security Committee. Jeff will serve alongside Tracy Rolph, deputy general counsel, privacy & legal information security at Comcast Cable.

The committee is responsible for identifying privacy and data governance issues impacting lawyers and their clients, as well as providing ways to educate both the legal profession and the public.

As co-chair, Jeff will lead the committee in identifying possible issues, educating others on privacy, recommending any appropriate reforms to the chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the board of directors, and helping attorneys counsel their clients with a diverse range of privacy-related issues, among other duties.

At Blank Rome, Jeff serves as team lead of the Biometric Privacy Team and has extensive experience in high-stakes corporate and commercial litigation, having defended companies in multiple industries against a wide range claims involving privacy, consumer protection, business disputes and class actions.
