Blank Rome Earns Perfect Score in 2023–2024 Corporate Equality Index
Firm Receives 100 Percent for the Eighth Year in a Row on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Annual Assessment on LGBTQ+ Workplace Equality
Blank Rome LLP proudly announces that our firm received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2023–2024 Corporate Equality Index (“CEI”), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (“HRC”) Foundation. With this score, Blank Rome has been recognized in the CEI for the eighth consecutive year and named a 2023–2024 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” recipient. The firm joins the ranks of 545 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year.

The 2023-2024 CEI rated 1,384 U.S.-based businesses and evaluated in detail related LGBTQ+ policies and practices under the following four central pillars: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.
