Practice Profile: Morris concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, corporate litigation, employment litigation, trade secret protection, employee defection and unfair competition.
“As Dan’s supervisor and colleague for 11 years, I’ve watched him develop from a promising law student into a rising-star commercial litigator trying cases, dealing with opposing counsel and developing his book of business,” said Daniel E. Leadership Activity: Morris served as co-chair of the firm’s Philadelphia summer associate program in 2014 and 2016. He supervised summer associates and coordinated all assignments and training activities. He is a member of the attorney recruiting committee where he works closely with the recruiting department staff in leading the firm’s efforts and activities related to student hiring. He serves as an associate mentor and was a lecturer for the firm’s committee for students in Temple University’s master of laws degree program in Beijing to educate Chinese judges, prosecutors, government officials, law professors and lawyers on U.S. litigation principles.
