Enodis Corporation Acquires Appliance Scientific
Blank Rome represented Enodis Corporation, a subsidiary of Enodis plc (London Stock Exchange: ENO.L) in connection with its investment in 10% of the outstanding common stock of Appliance Scientific, Inc., a privately owned Delaware corporation which designs and develops, among other things, accelerated cooking oven technology.
Enodis is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of commercial foodservice equipment. In connection with the transaction, Enodis also obtained the right to acquire the balance of the ownership of Appliance Scientific, Inc.
