Experience

  • Successfully represented major transportation vehicle manufacturer as intervenor in a Court of Federal Claims bid protest against the U.S. Postal Service award of a six-billion-dollar contract to our client the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (“NGDV”) fleet.
  • Represented a provider of specialized capabilities to priority programs within the defense and intelligence communities, in its sale to a major engineering company for an enterprise value of $590M.
  • Assisted major clinical laboratory with negotiating multiple federal and state contracts and subcontracts for COVID-19 testing, allowing states nationwide to effectively respond to the pandemic by meeting the testing needs of their residents.
  • Successfully resolved two prime/subcontractor disputes for Department of Energy Management & Operating contractor: one was dismissed with prejudice following settlement; the other was dismissed with prejudice following settlement.
  • Secured contract award for a leading specialized engineering, scientific, and technical services company following a successful protest of a $1.7 billion, 10-year NASA program award, setting key new precedent on the consideration of M&A transactions in source selection decisions. 
  • Secured early summary judgment for a major defense manufacturer in defending a patent infringement suit filed in the Court of Federal Claims.
  • Represented a leading provider of engineering and technology solutions to the defense and intelligence communities, in its sale to a leading defense and space manufacturing company.
