Lois Liberman has considerable experience advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial law. Ms. Liberman negotiates and litigates on behalf of high-profile and high net-worth clients in the following areas:

pre and post nuptial agreements
custody and related financial issues
divorce negotiation
equitable distribution

Ms. Liberman is a lecturer for the Association of Divorce Financial Planners and has lectured widely on preparation of prenuptial agreements and custody matters.
