Thomas were featured in the Daily Journal's 26th Annual California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year Awards ("Clay Awards"), which honor "matters in complex civil litigation, criminal law, civil rights, and corporate transactions from 2021 that had major impact on society and the law."
Linda, Mary, and David were honored in the "Class Actions" category for the matter Perez V. Indian Harbor Insurance Company. The case demonstrated the importance of insurers understanding and completing their responsibilities to an insured customer.
