Blank Rome partner Jeffrey N. Rosenthal will serve as a speaker at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (“PBI”) Technology Institute 2024, being held Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., as a live webcast.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Institute will include an opening plenary session, two tracks of breakout sessions with industry professionals sharing updates and tips on intellectual property (“IP”), technology, and cybersecurity topics, and conclude with an ethics plenary.

Jeff’s session will provide an update on biometric litigations and risk mitigation, and the intersection of biometrics and emerging tech (artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, and more). He will explain relevant terms, look at some of the laws across the country and the cases filed under them, and the status of similar laws the Pennsylvania area.
