Blank Rome represented a portfolio company of our client Harbour Group, in its acquisition of Thibaut Inc., a highly recognized global interior design brand in the upscale wallcoverings and fabrics market. Thibaut is headquartered in Newark, NJ. The Blank Rome team was led by Jim Staiger and Pete Tsoflias, and included Ashley Catalano-Leckerman, Brandon Einstein, and Terence Hastick.
