Blank Rome Represents Blue Flag Partners, LLC in a Joint Venture Agreement with Autocamp and Related Agreements for Development of a “Glamp-Ground” in Massachusetts
Blank Rome LLP represented Blue Flag Partners, LLC, a vertically integrated investment, real estate development and branding firm operating out of Boston, Massachusetts, in connection with a Joint Venture Agreement with AutoCamp, a leading outdoor lodging brand, and related Development Agreement and Hotel Management Agreement to develop a “glamp-ground” in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The “glamp-ground” consists of 98 Airstream rentals, 10 canvas tents, and a 7,900-square-foot clubhouse that includes a bar, convenience shop, and meeting area.
