Michelle Piscopo concentrates her practice in matrimonial law. She has handled numerous cases involving substantial marital estates and has experience with complex business valuation. Michelle has represented individuals in the negotiation and litigation of complex matrimonial matters, including:

- Equitable distribution
- Child custody
- Child support
- Alimony
- Adoption matters
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
Michelle works closely with highly qualified forensic/evaluative accountants and other financial experts and appraisers in connection with the litigation and negotiation process.
