Morgan concentrates her practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation matters. Morgan has a broad range of experience representing clients in disputes involving business torts, real estate, bankruptcy, employment, financial transactions, antitrust, class action, white collar, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and general contractual matters in state and federal courts. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Morgan advises clients on litigation avoidance strategies.
While at Princeton, Morgan received her teaching certification in high school and middle school Latin. Prior to law school, Morgan was an associate at a private equity firm.

Morgan is the Vice Chair of the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity Chairman's Counsel.
