Yelena is a partner in Blank Rome’s Corporate, M&A and Securities practice group and serves as a co-lead of Blank Rome’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) team.

Yelena has more than 20 years of experience advising management and boards of directors on complex corporate governance, securities, and capital markets matters, including:

• Board structure and oversight responsibilities
• Executive and director compensation and related disclosures
• Public and private offerings of securities
• Compliance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as well as stock exchange listing requirements
• Preparation of proxy statements; Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K; and other SEC filings

In addition, Yelena writes and speaks frequently on corporate governance and securities compliance matters.

Yelena received her juris doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Yelena is a member of the Board of Directors of The Forum of Executive Women, and Yelena is also a member of the Educational Programs Committee of the Society for Corporate Governance.
