What We Do
- Provide guidance regarding applicability of federal, state, and local lobbying disclosure rules
- Advise corporations, PACs, nonprofit organizations, and others regarding gift, travel, “revolving door,” and other ethics laws affecting contact with government officials and conflict of interest considerations
- Conduct compliance audits
- Develop and implement compliance programs, best practice guidance, and training related to tracking lobbying and interacting with government officials

- Create and update 50-state charts related to various lobbying considerations
- Draft and file federal and state lobbying registrations and reports
- Provide advice and assistance regarding compliance with registration and disclosure under the Foreign Agents Registration Act
- Represent entities in connection with audits of Lobbying Disclosure Act filings by the United States Government Accountability Office and audits by state and local regulatory bodies
- Provide advice to nonprofit entities regarding federal tax implication of and limits on lobbying activities
- Counsel presidential nominees through the appointment process, including assisting with required financial and background disclosures such as the Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE Form 278e), Questionnaire for National Security Positions (SF 86), Office of the President’s Personal Data Statement, and Senate Questionnaire
