In the article, Evan and his co-authors, Eric Danner, Ulf Pechartscheck, and Wesley Roslyn-Smith, give a multijurisdictional view of the retail environment and the implications for the insolvency industry, exploring various reasons for the poor performance in the retail industry in the United States, Europe, and South Africa through using a case study analysis of typical retail restructuring and insolvency cases in each of these jurisdictions.
