Biography
Will Cruse is a trial lawyer with significant experience litigating cases in the following areas:
- Business disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions transactions, breach of contract, shareholder derivative claims, fraud, and business torts;
- Intellectual property disputes relating to software and other IP licensing, trade secret misappropriation, and infringement of copyrights and trademarks;
- Product liability disputes;
- Employment disputes relating to non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, unfair competition, and breaches of fiduciary duties; and
- Class action defense.
Will dedicates his pro bono services to assisting indigent members of the elderly and Latino communities in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. Will is a board member of the Senior Law Center of Pennsylvania.
Prior to law school, Will was an analyst for a large investment bank in New York, where he worked on financial transactions involving syndicated loans, asset purchases, refinancings and restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions.
