Biography
William M. Pekarsky concentrates his practice on a wide range of commercial litigation matters.
William represents clients in all stages of litigation cases and disputes before New York State Supreme Courts, New York City Civil Courts, New York State Appellate Courts, and alternative dispute resolution organizations.
He has notable experience handling real estate litigation matters involving condominium and cooperative representation, building construction disputes, commercial and residential landlord-tenant proceedings, appellate litigation, and general commercial and residential real estate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, William served as an associate attorney, law clerk, and legal extern at a real estate law firm in New York. He also previously worked as a law clerk at a New York-based law firm. During law school, William served as an editor for the New York Law School Law Review.
