Victor J. Sandoval

Biography

Victor J. Sandoval represents clients in state and federal courts on a variety of matters including contract actions, business torts, and statutory claims. A primary focus of Victor's practice is defending clients in the growing number of complex class actions arising under federal and state consumer protection and privacy laws, such as the federal Video Privacy Protection Act, the federal Children Online Privacy Protection Act, and the California Invasion of Privacy Act.

In addition to his general business litigation practice, Victor routinely advises consumer-facing businesses, including retailers, e-commerce companies, product manufacturers, and emerging technology companies in complex class action and mass action cases in federal and state courts throughout the country, as well as in arbitration and mediation fora.
