Troy Varrasse concentrates his practice on a wide range of business and corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, securities, and general corporate counseling to private and public companies.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Troy was a corporate associate with a South Carolina-based law firm, where he represented a multitude of banks, bank holding companies, and other corporate clients, with notable experience working with minority depository institutions.

During law school, Troy served as an associate editor for the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, as well as a teaching and research assistant.

Outside the Firm

Troy is an avid supporter of the Philadelphia Union who enjoys reading, live music, and volunteering.
