Timothy McGurrin concentrates his practice on a wide range of tax matters. He regularly provides multistate tax guidance and assists with the implementation of corporate restructurings and performs tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including providing advice related to U.S. state income taxes, transfer taxes, and employment taxes. He also handles tax controversy matters as well as provides state tax advice related to federal tax reform and various other state tax assistance for corporate taxpayers and individual taxpayers.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Timothy was a tax manager at a Big Four accounting firm. He also previously served as an intern for the Honorable James M. Munley of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, extern for a specialty pharmaceutical company, and an intern for a financial services company.

During his spare time, he also enjoys reading biographies and novels.
