Biography
Tiffany Sanders serves as a trusted adviser to real estate clients on a wide range of corporate transactional and operational matters. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Tiffany was the president and general counsel at a real estate investor, advisor, and asset management firm and has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the capital markets, leasing, construction and operations of commercial real estate assets.
She has directed the due diligence and acquisitions of over $1.3 billion in real estate assets and negotiated over three billion dollars of debt financing. She represents clients in a wide range of capital markets matters, including debt financing, workouts and restructuring, acquisitions and diligence, and joint ventures.
Tiffany has negotiated letters of intent and leases directly with landlords, tenants, brokers, and attorneys for millions of square feet of office, retail and industrial space. She also has experience in negotiating sublease transactions, brokerage agreements, telecom license agreements, and access agreements.
Tiffany represents owners, developers, and tenants in various construction matters including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, common area renovations, mechanical system upgrades, amenity centers, conversions, insurance restoration work, and sustainability improvements. She has experience in drafting contractor and consultant contracts on both AIA forms and custom agreements.
Tiffany often acts in an outside general counsel role for her clients. She takes a holistic view and practical approach to technical legal advice and advises on strategic planning and execution including areas of operations, risk assessments, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Outside the Firm
Tiffany enjoys participating in outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and two boys.

- A real estate partnership, in the negotiation and placement of a $585 million debt facility with various senior and mezzanine lenders.
- An office property, in the negotiation of a 130,000 square foot lease with a public company.
- A mission critical building, in a $120 million casualty restoration including negotiating construction contracts, tenant matters, and insurance recovery.
