Thomas Margiano concentrates his practice on real estate matters. He represents owners, developers, and borrowers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and leasing of large mixed-use properties, office and retail facilities, and hotels. Thomas also counsels large institutional investors in connection with the origination, securitization, and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans.
