Sydney M. Nelson

Biography

Sydney M. Nelson concentrates her practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, securities, and general corporate governance matters.

Sydney previously was a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining Blank Rome, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino at the New Jersey Superior Court and as a legal clerk at a Philadelphia-based law firm.

During law school, Sydney served as a teaching assistant and a member of the Rutgers Law Review, as well as participated in various pro bono projects.

Sydney serves as a volunteer at Compass Pro Bono, assisting local nonprofits and businesses through strategic consulting. She also assists Freedom Business Alliance by helping establish a pro-bono attorney network accessible to Freedom Businesses providing safe employment for survivors of human trafficking.
