Sarah Alford Wilson has nearly a decade of experience representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state courts, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, and FDCPA; state law consumer claims; and a variety of common law claims. Sarah is experienced with motions practice, oral argument, the discovery process, trial practice, and appellate work. She has represented mortgage servicers in consumer class actions. And has resolved dispositive motions and settlements in her clients’ favor. With an eye for cost- and time-efficiency, Sarah strives for favorable settlement or resolution as early in the process as possible.
Sarah has experience in wide variety of litigation matters including multimillion-dollar toxic tort, commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and personal injury actions.
Sarah also provides regulatory advice to community banks with regard to Dodd-Frank compliance.
Outside the Firm
Sarah is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Sarah participated and had an extremely valuable experience as part of the XIX Class of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (“CALL”).
