Samuel M. Ventresca

Biography

Sam Ventresca maintains a national practice focused on commercial litigation. He has experience litigating all types of disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration, including:

  • Claims for breach of contract, fraud, and business torts
  • Employment litigation, including claims involving breach of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets
  • Class action defense
  • Commercial real estate and construction disputes
  • Unfair trade practices and consumer protection matters

Outside of Blank Rome, Sam serves as a volunteer attorney for Philadelphia VIP in landlord-tenant cases, and for the Support Center for Child Advocates, the country’s oldest and largest pro bono legal and social services agency for children.

During law school, Sam served as a Research Editor for the Temple Law Review. Sam also worked as an intern to the Honorable Michael E. Erdos of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and as an extern in the Claims Unit of the City of Philadelphia Law Department.

Outside the Firm

Sam enjoys traveling, exploring the Philadelphia food scene, going to concerts, and rooting for the Phillies.
