Samuel M. Ventresca


Sam Ventresca concentrates his practice on general litigation matters. His civil litigation practice includes matters related to business and contract disputes.

Sam is also a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates, the country’s oldest and largest pro bono legal and social services agency for children.

Sam previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael E. Erdos of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He also served as an extern in the Claims Unit of the City of Philadelphia Law Department.

During law school, Sam was a research editor for the Temple Law Review. He also worked on the ABA Third Circuit Media Alert Project. Additionally, Sam was the 2018 recipient of the John Colvin Wright, Jr. Esquire Award for a paper he wrote on labor and employment law.

Outside the Firm

Sam enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, and cheering on the Sixers.
