About Saketh S. Meka

Saketh Meka focuses his practice on a wide range of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters, including patent disputes before U.S. District Courts and appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He draws on a background in Electronics and Communication engineering to litigate matters involving complex technologies.

While in law school, Saketh received the Justice Mack Kidd Award for Best Appellate Advocate in his graduating class and was inducted into the Order of Barristers for excellence in advocacy. He was the regional champion and best advocate at the 2025 Giles S. Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition, where he also advanced to the national semifinals, and won the New York round of the ABA Negotiation Competition.
